1. Purpose

Is excited to announce a call for for young emerging artists

Who wants to develop their career and improve their skills in Tourism Film Production and Tourism Marketing while expanding their knowledge in environment and sustainability.

In addition, the artist will create synergies with other young European Artists, make their works known and open frontiers in their professional careers.

2. Objective

The main objective of the call is to promote the artistic careers of young people in vulnerable situations or belonging to minorities, providing the necessary space and creating a solid Network of Cultural and Knowledge exchanges with other European artists.

3. Beneficiaries

• Young artists between 18 and 29 years old from the different regions of Georgia

We encourage women, belonging to vulnerable minorities or with disabilities, without experience or education in the tourism video marketing , or encourage young people to develop tourism infrastructure in mountain regions.

4. Participation requirements

• Be between 18 and 29 years old.
• Possess a basic level of English essential to understand the instructions and communicate effectively during the development of the project.
• Not have any legal impediment that could affect your ability to travel during the period of time required to participate in the project or event. Inasmuch as the objective of the Call is to promote the artistic careers of young people in vulnerable situations, it is NOT a requirement to have knowledge or higher studies in art.

5. Submission of applications

Applications must be made through an online registration form on the website www.globalartelab.com

• Submissions for Students

Form will include the applicants personal data and a recent work portfolio (audiovisual material, photographs, scanned documents,etc.) expressing their motivations and interest in Art and Invironment .

The deadline to submit the application ends on 30.05.2024.

6. Selection Progress

Once the applications are received, the team will review compliance with the requirements of the applicants and will carry out an initial evaluation of the applications received, where the following criteria will be taken into account: artistic quality, coherence with the environmental theme, originality and creativity, emotional and social impact, relevance and timeliness of the message and narrative.

After the assessment and classification of the applications, 25 artists will be preselected, leaving a reserve pool in case of any unforeseen event.
